LtCol Matthew D'Agostino, AIA, LEED AP, USMC (Ret)

Co-Founder & Operations

Through 25 years of proven success in leading complex federal programs in the US and abroad, Mr. D’Agostino is an architect who excels in asset management, facility planning, and design.  He leverages team engagement to foster collaboration and efficiency, building strong interpersonal relationships and possessing the managerial skillsets for organizational success.  Prior to his retirement from the Marine Corps, Mr. D’Agostino was the Facilities Operations / Planning Director, managing vast Marine Corps aviation and ground support projects.

Mr. D'Agostino's passion on weekends is spending time at the beach and working on classic cars. (Ask him about his '66 springtime yellow Ford Mustang!)

Lindsay Edwards, AIA
LEED AP BD+C, NCARB

Managing Director, Co-Founder

With international upbringing and unique experiences shaping her as an individual and an architect, (licensed in the US, UK and Deutschland), Ms. Edwards creates novel solutions for complex challenges.  She executes  concurrent projects with leadership aplomb.  Her management experience includes design projects across the US and in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kenya, the Netherlands, and Turkey. 

She speaks German and enjoys running marathons. (Hello, Boston!)

Jerry Dixon, RA, NCARB

Design Director

From extensive projects for large corporations to buildings for individuals or universities, to land planning for smaller municipalities, Jerry is an architect with decades of design experience.  He brings creativity, imagination, and innovation to the team with a wide range of experience in the local, state, and federal government sector, as well as work with real estate developers and design build contractors. 

Creative ideas come to Jerry while he walks his canine companion, Scarlett around the golf course (even though that is not allowed!)
